Scheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to the staff of Cliffwood Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. Your spa treatments are reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and we ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff function on an on-call status and have come to the spa specifically for your services.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance through email and text message notification reminders because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks or months ago.
Service Deposit
Effective immediately, all aesthetic, massage, wellness, medical and medical aesthetic services will require a NON-REFUNDABLE service deposit. A deposit will be required for each service scheduled at your appointment. All patients will be required to provide a credit card for patient files to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final service payment.
Cancellation & No-Show
Since the services are reserved for you specifically, a Cliffwood Cancellation and No-Show fee will apply.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in the non-refundable service deposit charged to your card on file.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment or service. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
